Funding
Developer funding is available on this project. A 7% mortgage with a 10 year term makes funding the Bay View suites at St James’s Club easy. Your 8% minimum guaranteed rental return means that you do not have to fund this mortgage – your rental earnings more than cover it.
There is a further discount available to investors who do not wish to take out the developer mortgage funding option.
